How long does it take to receive my order? TOP
Please allow 3-4 days for all personalized orders to be personalized. We send a tracking confirmation as soon as your item ships. We use USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping to ensure you get your order in a timely manner. What is your return policy? TOP
We accept returns under the following conditions.All returns must be approved through our customer service dept.We gladly accept returns on defective products however you must return item within 30 days. Personalized items can only be returned if defective or the monogramming mishap is on us.(Be sure to type your monogramming carefully although we do verify monogramming you type to make sure it is correct.)30 days also applies to returned monogramming mishaps.

A security deposit of 50.00 is required at booking of party.The deposit will be returned if party is cancelled within 1 week prior to party date.If you would like to reschedule due to uncontrollable circumstances we would love to help you pick another party date and apply deposit to the new party date.

We request a final headcount for your party 4 days before party this ensures that you only pay for the guest that are at your party.We encourage that you contact each guest if they do not R.S.V.P so that if they are not attending we may remove them from your invitee list.

If siblings will be attending the party please include them in headcount for party if you would like a place setting for them. Our parties are very personalized and each child has to be accounted for them to be able to take place in all party events.

We are not responsible for misbehavior during the party we do everything to make our parties as fun as possible but, if one child is misbehaving during party we ask that someone take him/her to the side so our party sequence is not disturbed for the other children who are taking place and enjoying the party.

We will arrive 2 hrs prior to party time so that we may set up party.This ensures everything is tidy and in place for your party.

We provide all party essentials and the parent or guardian is only responsible for picking out cake & thank you notes for party we encourage that you thank everyone that attends party.(We will suggest cake ideas and local bakeries if you need help.)
